This place is amazing for more people gathering we really enjoyed our baby’s 1st birthday celebration and Brendan is respond quickly if you facing any issues I would recommend this place definitely to visit for big gatherings

We wanted a quiet place to relax for a couple days and this was it. Close enough to get last minute supplies and a bite to eat when we needed it and far enough away that we were not disturbed.

My friends and I stayed here for 4th of July weekend and it was great! Very spacious and Brandon was very responsive and great to work with. Location is in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood and is pretty close to a lot of things to do in Austin. Definitely recommend staying here!

Premium camping. This is a great stay. The surrounding nature is better than the smokies in my opinion. The cabin was clean and you have everything you need. We grilled, we hiked, we swam, we chilled by the fire, it was awesome. Neighbors are close but they usually are at all campgrounds anyway. Host was A1

My family stayed at Brandon’s place while in town for a baseball tournament. We enjoyed our stay so much! Our kids really enjoyed the wiggle ball field, as well as all of the other games and toys they have on the property. I definitely recommend this place for families! The home had everything we needed and had so many nice touches that you don’t always see at some rentals. Would definitely stay here again!

Was exactly what we were looking for! Super quiet and quaint. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. They do not skimp on the little details. It was very luxurious. Would highly recommend!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! My family and I had a truly enjoyable weekend. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of power outlets—which made group activities so convenient. There were lots of entertainment options: ping pong, basketball, board games, TV, and more. We also cooked and had a BBQ here—the kitchen is stocked with almost every utensil we could think of, and the BBQ setup is fantastic. It was hands down one of the best barbecue experiences we’ve ever had, thanks to the excellent grill and complete set of tools. The host, Brendan, is super friendly and responsive. Communication with him was smooth and pleasant throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the location—it’s perfect. The lawn is wide and open, giving us breathtaking views of the starry night sky and a beautiful sunrise in the morning. We would absolutely love to come back again!

Lisa and her team did a wonderful job of hosting the property. The team was quick to respond to all my questions and the property was immaculate. We really enjoyed our stay and Lisa’s great hosting made the process so easy. 10/10 would recommend this property for any large group gatherings in the Lake Travis/Austin area.

Great relaxing place! We caught fish from the pond for dinner one night. Location was perfect! Not far from Cumberland falls where we spent a day hiking. There is also a train ride close to visit blue haron coal miners. That was interesting as well. Will definitely book again!
