Cleanliness and Damages: Please treat the property with care and respect. Clean up after yourself and leave the property in the same condition as you found it. NO GLITTER. :-) Report any damages or issues to the host immediately. Safety and Security: For your safety and security, do not tamper with any safety equipment (smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.). Please remain within the fenced in area. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Guests are free to use the entire fenced in area on the property. There are goats, and herding dogs on the acreage, so we ask guests to stay within the 3 acre fenced-in perimeter on the front part of the property.
