Bathroom is fully equipped with extra fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer. The dining room fits up to 7 people and the full kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, microwave, oven, pots & pans, baking sheets and basics to get you started on meal prep for a large family meal (salt, pepper, oil). We also have kids plates & cups for the littles. Downstairs, we have a full playroom with classic Nintendo, foosball and darts, board games, along with a half bath. The downstairs living room has a day bed and futon as well-sheets should be placed nearby, but extras are in the linen closet. King sized bedroom is downstairs with a Helix mattress. ENCLOSED BACKYARD for those crazy pets (or kids) with a fire pit and everything you need for your furry friends. Noise monitoring device (measures decibal level) and smoke monitoring device are at the property.
