You are right in the heart of the brewery district and on 2.5 secluded acres have all the privacy you could want! This is the place!!!

5/1/25: Under new management with a commitment to exceptional guest experiences!! The main house features 4 bedrooms each with their own full bath. Large open concept living/dining/kitchen opens with large sliding doors to the patio overlooking the heated pool. The first casita has its own kitchenette and full bath and is the same high finish as the main house and has a game room bunkhouse. Second casita has bedrooms with their own sliding glass door access to the hot tub deck and share a Jack-n-Jill bath.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability, but we are usually booked. -Bookings that generate a check-in on a same-day turnaround for the property may have a later check-in time. Guests: -Please Disclose All Day and Overnight Guests Before Arrival -Pricing is based off of the the first 8 guests staying at the property. After the initial 8 guests, the following applies: ($50/night for overnight guests and $25/day for day guests) Smoking and Drugs: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Occupancy and Visitors: We have a total of 26 beds that are situated in 3 different buildings on this property that allow for a max of 30 guests! Visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval from the host. Cleanliness and Damages: Please treat the property with care and respect. Clean up after yourself and leave the property in the same condition as you found it. NO GLITTER. :-) Report any damages or issues to the host immediately. Safety and Security: For your safety and security, do not tamper with any safety equipment (smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.). Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Right off of Austin's desirable Fitzhugh Road with King Jester Brewery literally right around the corner. This location gives you all the access to Austin 20 minutes (or so) while being nestled in the hill country destination distilleries, breweries, and vineyards that make this part of Austin a hot destination. Day hike at Pedernales Falls or take a dip in famous Hamilton Pool...you won't run out of things to do!

Tons of parking on premises. Need to drive or Uber to get to most places but property does back up to Jester King.
