Welcome to Your Sanger Paradise, 10min away from the lake, centrally located close to downtown, you will find everything you need for your stay in Sanger! Close to Lake Ray Roberts, a drive away from Denton, and the Winstar Casino in in driving distance. Whether you are passing through or coming for a vacation, you will find this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home a perfect fit. SLEEPING ARANGEMENTS Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Full Bed Bedroom 3 Twin Beds Although our space is ideally for 6 guests comfortably, we do have a queen air mattress and a VERY comfy couch as well (9 max guests). There are a lot of kids in the community. The owners of the home would often host the kids as they had kiddos of their own. We have informed a lot of the neighbors that this home is now a Short Term Rental, but the kids may not remember. If you get visitors, we apologize! One of the neighbor kids will take care of garbage, so you don't have to worry about taking it to the curb! The garage is used for storage by the owners. They may need items from time to time, but this is not often. If they do need something from their garage, we will let you know before they come!

Brendan & Brandon were great hosts. Highly responsive and their place was a great stay. Had a great surprise as they had all sorts of entertainment. From TV to books, board/card games & even backyard activities that were available. Don’t hesitate to book their home!

Recently had a lovely stay at this location! Everything the host listed for this property was accurate and met my expectations. The back patio area, outside games and the canoe were awesome to have access to, I just wish I would have had the extra time to enjoy them...maybe next time! Sanger is a very nice and safe town/neighborhood to enjoy with the family. Thank you Brendan for always responding quickly and for allowing me to enjoy your property.
