To ensure a seamless stay, please share details about each pet, including whether they shed, chew, are fully potty-trained, or will be crated when left alone. For shorter stays, we request a $200 pet deposit per pet, which doubles to $400 for stays exceeding one week. Half of this deposit is refundable, provided our cleaning team finds no need for extensive pet-related cleaning (e.g., addressing hair, odors, or stains) and there’s no damage. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and to maintain the property’s condition, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules: No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the condo. Please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of any waste properly. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or gatherings are not permitted. The condo is designed for registered guests only. Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests specified in your booking is permitted to stay overnight. Additional guests must be approved in advance, and an extra fee may apply. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please inform us about each pet’s details (shedding, chewing, potty training, crating habits). A pet deposit of $200 per pet for short stays (doubled for stays over one week) is required, with half refundable if no extra cleaning or damage occurs. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and please clean up after them in outdoor areas. Cleanliness: We provide a spotless home for your arrival. Please treat the condo with care and leave it tidy. Dishes should be washed, trash placed in designated bins, and linens left in the provided laundry area. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for a fee, subject to availability. Property Care: Please report any damage or issues immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements due to misuse or negligence. Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the property. Noise and Conduct: Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially in shared spaces like hallways or outdoor areas.
