We stayed at this property for my bachelorette weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place. The space was modern, pristine, and spacious. There was enough seating, both indoor and outdoor, for our large group of 10 from lounge furniture to dining furniture. The location was ~15 mins from everywhere we ventured. Brendan and his team were responsive with any requests and accommodated both an early check in and late check out. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Brenden was a great host and always responded quickly. The place was amazing as the house was brand new. I think we were the first ones to use the BBQ. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Austin. Thank you so much for your hospitality Brenden

This home is stunning—brand-new construction with gorgeous furnishings, artwork, and resort-quality bedding (king beds in most rooms!). The well-kitted-out kitchen with massive island and 10-person dining table was perfect for my family to spread out. The extra-large sofa sectional and additional seating was great for watching sports. The upstairs game room with pool table was a hit. The backyard is a dream: pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Bonus points for the private gym with treadmill, Peloton, free weights, and sauna! Easy keyless entry, plenty of parking, and a great South Austin neighborhood location. The host truly thought of everything and was super responsive to any inquiries we had. Spotlessly clean, quiet, and close to everything. Perfect for families or groups—would absolutely stay again!

Great luxury home with friendly and responsive host. House is close to many walkable Austin activities and restaurants/bars.
Beautiful yard, with lots of flexible space for socializing which was perfect for our large group.
