A MUST-BOOK: 10 STARS IF I COULD! Our family stayed here for 5 nights in late March while house hunting for our "forever home" following military retirement (success!). We arrived at midnight with our daughters (12/13) and were blown away—the place was immaculate. We were so grateful Ben provided full-sized essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and towels in each full bath including other starters. *Extremely spacious with quality furniture and 3 amazingly comfortable beds/bedroom—each with its own dedicated full bath. It is quiet, fully equipped, and perfectly organized for an stress-free stay. *Quiet family-friendly area less than a 1 min drive from historic Gruene and 10–15 mins from HEB/large shopping centers. On-site access to a gated pool was a huge plus. Ample parking and zero issues. *Ben and his team provided expeditious, clear communication and made everything seamless. Truly an incredible stay! We cannot recommend this host & property, enough! What a true value!

We stayed at Ben's apartment this weekend for a wedding with my husband, mother-in-law, and 2-year-old. son. Beds and linens were comfy, the apartment had everything that we needed, and was in a great location close to the action in Gruene. we will definitely stay again in the future 🙂 Ben is one of the most friendly and responsive host we've ever come across in our time of staying at airbnbs.

I had a death in my family and was able to book this place and be inside and checked in within an hour. Totally last minute, totally accommodating . He immediately messaged me to make sure we got there OK. It was absolutely spotless. The location was exactly what we needed. Visiting Gruene in new Braunfels is one of our favorite places and so to have the relaxation during a stressful time was absolutely blissful. We’d love to stay during summer and float the river!.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Gruene this weekend. The apt was exactly as described - clean and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location was perfect - close to all the charm, shopping and restaurants in Gruene, but still peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the entire space felt spacious and well cared for. Communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process from booking to requesting a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Gruene. Thank you for a fantastic weekend.
